Salem Polypacks Limited

We operate out of Rasipuram Taluk, which is tucked away in the Namakkal District. Being out here means we have a bit more space for our operations than we would in a crowded city center. We focus on polypacks, so there is always the sound of machinery and the smell of plastic in the air. It is a factory environment, through and through. The workers here come from the surrounding villages, and many have been with us for years. It is a local operation, and we take pride in just doing the job right. The roads around Rasipuram can be a bit dusty, and the weather gets quite hot during the summer months, but the work doesn't stop. We spend our time monitoring the machines and checking the thickness of the bags. It is not a glamorous business, but every industry needs packaging, so we stay busy enough. The office is just a small room off to the side of the main floor where the invoices get typed up. We don't spend much on decorations or anything like that because the focus is really on the production line. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of life in Namakkal. We keep things simple and try to make sure every order that leaves the gate is packed properly. It is just what we do here day in and day out. Our neighbors are mostly other industrial units or open fields, which suits us just fine.
