Sagunthala Store

If you’re ever walking through Periyathennur, you might come across Sagunthala Store at 158 Thendral Nagar. It’s a spot we’ve called home for a long time. Thendral Nagar is a nice enough place, mostly residential with a few other shops like ours scattered around. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a regular storefront that’s been there for years. We keep the doors open through the day, letting the breeze in when the weather allows. Inside, it’s usually a bit of a mix of things, as we try to keep what we need on hand. We aren’t big on fancy displays or professional lighting. It’s just a shop where people from the neighborhood can find us easily. Periyathennur has a good feel to it, and we know most of the people who walk past our door. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; we just rely on being here every day at 158. Some mornings are slow, giving us time to organize the shelves, while other afternoons get a bit more hectic. That’s just the way it goes. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure everything is taken care of. Sagunthala Store is just a local fixture, a place where the work is honest and the people are real. We like the simplicity of just being a part of Thendral Nagar. It’s been our address for years and we’ve grown quite used to the daily life here.
