Rtm Travels

We are located at M 1/7 in the Tamilnadu Housing Board Colony in Sankagiri. Rtm Travels is not a big shop on a main street; we are tucked into the colony area. It is a bit quieter back here compared to the main Salem highway. Most of our customers are our neighbors or people who live in the housing board blocks nearby. We started with just one vehicle and slowly added another when we could afford it. It is a small family-run thing. We do not have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, I am the one answering the calls while I am doing other chores around the place. We mostly handle family trips or taking people to weddings and temple visits. Since we are in a residential area, we try not to make too much noise early in the morning. The address is easy to find once you get into the colony. We have lived here for years, so we know everyone around. We do not do fancy marketing or have a website. People just call us because they know we are reliable and we live right there. Sometimes we share a tea with the customers while they wait for the driver to arrive. It is a relaxed way to run a business. We just take it day by day.
