Rootleaf Agro Foods is situated at No. 3/438 on the Salem Main Road. We are in T.Kailasampalayam, which is near Tiruchengode in the Namakkal district. Being on the main road means we see a lot of traffic passing by, which is good for an agro business. We have a lot of space here to manage the different food items we handle. Namakkal is known for its agriculture and transport, so we are right in the middle of where the action is. Our building is simple and serves its purpose for storing and sorting goods. We work long hours because the trucks don't always arrive on schedule. It can be a dusty job, especially in the dry months, but it’s part of the life here. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big slogans. We just focus on the task at hand. Usually, there are a few of us in the yard checking the quality of the produce coming in from the surrounding farms. It’s a lot of physical work and staying organized with the logistics. We have built some good relationships with the local farming community over time. It’s a practical business run by people who understand the soil and the seasons. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to do our part in the food supply chain here. It keeps us grounded and keeps the lights on at the end of the day.
