P L R Textiles

P L R Textiles is based at 42, Anangur Main Road, which is right near Pallipalayam. We have been working with textiles here for a long time. The smell of fabric and the sound of machines is just a normal part of our day. Being on Anangur Main Road means we get a lot of trucks passing by with raw materials and finished goods. The building itself is an older one, but it is sturdy and keeps the sun off us while we work. We have rows of fabric stacked up to the ceiling in some places. It is a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around the warehouse. Pallipalayam is a busy area for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the neighbors. We don't spend much money on decorating the place because we are too busy moving stock and filling orders. Most of the staff has been here for years and we all just get along with the tasks at hand. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps during lunch and watch the bikes go by on the main road. It is honest work and we are proud to be part of the local community here. If you come to number 42, you will likely find us busy with an order or checking the feel of a new batch of cloth. We like it here.
