Kaiser Regular Exporters

You’ll find us at 1/1 A Dhamotharan Line, right on Thammanna Setty Street in B. Komarapalayam. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you’re not from around these parts. We’ve been here for years, doing what we call regular exporting. Nothing too fancy. We just get the goods, check them, and send them off. The building is old and the walls could use some paint, but it's where we work. We have a few local weavers and makers who bring their stuff to us. We’ve known them since they were kids. It’s a community thing. My desk is covered in papers and old invoices. I tried organizing it once, but it didn’t last. We drink a lot of coffee while waiting for the trucks. Sometimes they’re late because of the narrow streets. That's just how B. Komarapalayam is. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to our customers on the phone. If there’s a problem, we try to fix it. We aren't always perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes with the shipping dates, but we always make it right in the end. It's a modest living. We’re just regular people doing a regular job, which is why we picked the name. It fits who we are and how we do things every day. We don't plan on moving anytime soon.
