Khan Egg Bank

We've been running Khan Egg Bank for a while now. It's right on 11 Main Road, just a short walk from the Nethaji Statue. It's a busy spot, but we like it here. People come in and out all day looking for fresh stock. We keep things pretty simple. There's not much to the setup, just racks of eggs and a desk. We get our shipments in early. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the delivery trucks arrive at the same time as the regular customers. We don't really do fancy stuff. You just tell us how many crates you need and we get them ready. Sometimes we run out of certain sizes if the morning was busy. That's just how it goes with fresh food. The shop isn't big, but it serves the neighborhood well enough. We've known some of these families for years. They stop by, grab what they need, maybe talk about the weather for a minute, and head out. We try to keep the place tidy, though handling so many cartons means there's always a bit of dust or cardboard scraps around. It's honest work. Most of our day is spent checking the shells and making sure nothing got cracked during transport. If you're driving past the statue, you can't really miss us. We stay open until the evening most days, unless we sell through everything earlier. It's just a basic local shop doing what it does every day.
