Down in N Sirapalli, right along the road to Namakkal, you will find where we work. Our spot is very close to the government school, so we always hear the kids playing during their breaks. It is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We have our machines parked nearby, and they are usually ready to go whenever someone calls. Namakkal Road is a busy one with a lot of lorries passing by all day. We started K K Earth Movers to help with the farming land and the new house plots that are being developed around here. The soil in Sirapalli can be quite hard, so you need a good machine to get through it. We aren't a big corporation; it is just a small local team. We know the roads and the shortcuts to get the machines to the sites quickly. Sometimes the weather doesn't help us, and we have to wait for the mud to dry out. In the office, we just have the basics. A table, a couple of chairs, and the phone that rings quite a lot. We enjoy the work because it keeps us outdoors most of the time. People in the village know us well and often stop by to say hello or share some news. It is a simple life and we are happy with how things are going.
