Our office is over in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, with the pin code 637404. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We don't have a grand entrance or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. The town is known for a few things, but for us, it’s just where we come to work every day. The environment is quite relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the heat. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps the sun out. We have a small area where we keep our tools and supplies. Everything has its place, though it might look a bit messy to an outsider. We’ve been part of the community here for some time now. Flsmidth Pvt Ltd isn't trying to be anything it's not. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of things. The local tea shop knows our orders by heart because we go there so often. It’s those little things that make working here okay. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just know what needs to be done when we arrive in the morning. It’s a simple way to run a business.
