Our office is tucked away in Valayapatty, which is in the Namakkal district. The address is 3/28 Thippramahadevi, and it’s a quiet enough spot compared to the big cities. Being part of Essar Steel Hazira Limited means we have a lot to keep track of, but doing it from here in Tamil Nadu feels a bit different. It’s a local setup. We don't have a giant glass building or anything. It is more of a functional space where we manage the paperwork and the local requirements. The post office nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Most of the people working here are from the surrounding areas, so we all know each other pretty well. The workday usually starts early, and we spend a lot of time checking logs and making sure the numbers match up. It can get pretty hot in Namakkal, especially during the summer months, but we just get on with it. We aren't here to make any big speeches about what we do. It’s just steel-related work and keeping the logistics moving for the company. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that’s just life in a smaller town. We make it work. It’s an honest day’s labor for everyone in the office. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and it suits our needs perfectly. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much.
