Elanadu Dairy Private Limited

Our dairy is out in Neikkaranpatti Village on the Ariyur Road. The exact spot is RS NO.239/4A at Narikkalthottam. It’s a very rural area in Namakkal, so you see a lot of green and plenty of cows around. Elanadu Dairy is where we process all the milk that comes in from the local farms. The air is much fresher out here than in the town center, though the road can be a bit bumpy when you’re driving the trucks. We have a routine that starts way before the sun is up because the milk doesn't wait for anyone. It’s a lot of washing containers and checking the temperatures. The building is practical, designed to keep things clean and cool. We have a small crew of workers who live nearby, so everyone knows each other. It’s a lot of hard work, especially in the humidity, but it’s what we do. We don’t have a fancy corporate office with air conditioning everywhere. Most of the time we are out on the floor or near the loading area. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit muddy, but we just put on our boots and keep going. It’s a straightforward life working with the land and the animals in this part of Tamil Nadu. We just focus on getting the milk out to where it needs to go every single day. There is no point in complicating things when the cows are waiting.
