Our place is Balamurugan Texspinner LLP and we are situated out in Komarapalayam, which is part of the Namakkal district. You can find us at 192 A, over in J.K.K. Nataraja Nagar. It is a pretty straightforward operation we have going here. The focus is mainly on spinning and handling yarn. This area is known for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the other shops and units nearby. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we keep the equipment and the raw materials. We have a small group of workers who know the machines well. Some of them have been with us since we started up. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or any of that. It is more like a family-run feeling where everyone knows what they need to do. When the power is on and the machines are humming, it gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. We deal with local traders mostly. People come by, look at the quality of the spin, and we work out the details. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We don't do much advertising because most folks in the industry already know where we are located. We just try to stay consistent and get the orders out on time for our customers. We also spend time checking the motor belts and cleaning the floor when things slow down. It is a simple life and we like the work we do here in our corner of India.
