We are in the business of weaving, so there is always that specific clatter of the looms going on. You can hear it from the street sometimes. The area around Sri Balaji City has changed over the years, but we’ve stayed consistent with what we do. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us and the weaving machines. The work is steady and requires a lot of attention to the threads. If a loom stops, someone has to be there to fix it right away. That is basically what our days look like. We show up, keep the looms running, and make sure the cloth is coming out right. It’s practical work. The building itself is sturdy and does the job. We have some space for storage and a small area where we keep the books. Most of our time is spent on the floor though. It is just the way a weaving unit operates. We don't make a big fuss about things. We just do the weaving and live our lives in this part of town, making sure the cloth is right.
