Being right on the service road means we see a lot of trucks and cars going by all day long. It is a bit noisy, but it is a good spot for an infra company. We have Arasu Hi Tech on our sign, but we are pretty down to earth people. Our office is just a practical space where we keep our tools and our records. We do not have any leather sofas or fancy art on the walls. It is mostly just calendars and charts that help us keep track of what we are doing. We spend a lot of time on the road anyway, going to different sites around Namakkal and beyond. When we are in the office, we are usually catching up on paperwork or talking to suppliers on the phone. The service road can be a bit tricky to turn into if you are not paying attention. We have lived and worked in Tamil Nadu our whole lives, so we know how things work here. We do not try to act like we are from some big global city. We are local, we work hard, and we try to do right by the people we work with. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is just a normal day for us here.
