4m Impex

Our office is at No. 119 in the Shri Lakshmi Complex, right on Salem Main Road. It’s a very loud part of town because of all the trucks and buses passing by all the time. 4m Impex has been here for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the constant hum of traffic. The complex is always full of people coming and going, so there’s never a dull moment. We have a small space on one of the floors where we manage everything. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples lying around, but we manage. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing out emails to people all over. We don’t have a big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute you're talking to a supplier, and the next you're helping move some boxes or checking a manifest. Salem Main Road is a good spot for us because it’s easy for transport workers to find, even if parking is a nightmare. We just try to keep things honest and straightforward. We don't use any fancy software, just the basics to keep track of what’s coming in and going out. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s served us well so far. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families at the end of the day.
