Kabirul Islam & Co.

Our place, Kabirul Islam & Co., is tucked away in the village of Namajgram, which falls under the Pandua area. It is a quiet rural setting, far away from the big city lights, and that is how we like it. Most of the work we do involves the local community and the nearby villages. We spend a lot of time traveling between the village and the post office or police station in Pandua to get our official work sorted. The business started small and has stayed that way because we prefer to handle everything ourselves. There is a lot of green space around us, and the air is much cleaner than in the towns, but it means we have to be more self-reliant. If something breaks, we usually have to fix it ourselves. We don’t have a website or any of those modern things; we just talk to people face to face. Our records are mostly kept in physical ledgers that sit on the main desk. It might seem old-fashioned to some, but it works for us in Namajgram. The days are long, especially during the harvest seasons when everyone is busy, but we keep the office open for whoever needs to settle their accounts or place a new order. It's a steady pace of work without the stress of big corporate targets. We just take care of our responsibilities and try to be helpful to the folks around here. Even on slow days, there is always some paperwork to catch up on.
