If you head out to Vemulapally Mandal in Nalgonda, you will find us at House Number 8-264 in Raovarigudem, Settipalem. Vanishka Agros Private Limited is very much a local business. We aren't in a big industrial park; we are right there in the village. This means we are close to the actual farms and the people who work them every day. The office is part of a house, and it’s where we sit down to discuss grain, fertilizers, and whatever else the season requires. It gets very hot in Nalgonda, so we usually start our days quite early before the sun is beating down on the roofs. There isn't any fancy decor here. We have some plastic chairs, a wooden table, and a lot of records that we keep by hand or on a basic computer. The village is quiet most of the time, and you can hear the birds and the occasional tractor engine. We know the people in Settipalem well because we live and work right alongside them. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a straightforward life out here in Raovarigudem. We take pride in just being a part of the local community and helping out where we can with our agro work. It’s not always glamorous, but it is real work for real people.
