Working at Sri Swamy Dhanalaxmi Saw Mill means dealing with a lot of dust and the sound of machines all day long. We are located at H. No. 6-43 in Nidamanoor. If you know the Nalgonda district, you know it gets pretty hot out here during the summer months. The mill is our main focus. We spend a lot of time moving logs and cutting wood to the sizes people ask for. It’s hard work on the hands and back. Most of the folks around here in the village know us just by the sound of the saws running. We've been at this spot for a good while now. The yard gets messy with sawdust and offcuts, but we try to keep it somewhat clear so trucks can get in and out. It’s a local operation. Nothing too complicated about it. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and usually wrap up when it starts getting dark. The address is easy to find if you’re heading through Nidamanoor. We just handle the timber and keep things moving. There isn't much to say about the office part of it because we’re mostly outside or under the shed. It’s a basic life, really. Just keeping the blades sharp and the wood moving through. That’s how we spend our days at the mill. It's a lot of sweat but it's what we do here in Nalgonda. The logs keep coming and we keep cutting wood for whoever needs it.
