Someshwara Binny Modern Rice Mill

Our rice mill is located at Sy No 325/1 in Mukundapuram Village. It is right in the Nereducherla Mandal part of the district. The mill is a loud place, and there is always the hum of machinery in the background. We deal with paddy all day long, so there is dust everywhere and the smell of grain is very strong. We have been here for a long time and the building shows its age a bit. It is not a polished operation. We have big piles of rice sacks waiting to be loaded onto trucks. The local farmers bring their harvests here, and we spend our time weighing the bags and running the machines. It is a lot of physical labor, and by the end of the day, we are all pretty tired. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing materials. People in the village and the surrounding mandals just know where we are. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them, which is just part of the routine. We stay open late during the peak season when the harvest comes in. It is a straightforward life, just processing rice and making sure the farmers get their work done. We don't make a big deal out of it, we just keep the mill running every day as best as we can. It is just a part of the local community and we like it that way.
