Sammi Bio Organics

Out in Rangapur Village, life moves at a different pace, but here at Sammi Bio Organics, we stay pretty busy. You can find us at Sy No 158 and 159 if you’re looking for the place. We work with organic materials, which means there is always a particular smell in the air around the sheds. It isn't bad, just natural. Most of the time, we are busy mixing stuff or checking on the piles out back. The village around us is quiet, so you can really hear the birds in the morning before the equipment starts humming. We don’t have a lot of rules about uniforms or anything, people just wear what is comfortable for physical work. It gets dusty in the summer and a bit muddy when the monsoon hits Rangapur. We just deal with it as it comes. The team is small, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing without having to say much. We have a few tractors and some basic machinery that we keep running. It’s hard work, mostly manual, but it feels good to be working with the land in a way. We usually wrap things up before it gets too dark so everyone can get home to their families. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do here every day. No one is wearing a suit or sitting in a fancy chair at this location.
