Lead Packs

Lead Packs is situated right at Sy No 167 at the Rangapur Chowrsta. Since we are at the Rangapur Chowrsta, it is a very busy place with people and vehicles passing by at all hours. We handle different kinds of packaging work here in our unit. The shop is often filled with the sound of cutting and sealing. We have to keep things moving quickly because we don't have a huge amount of storage space. Most of our days are spent checking the inventory and making sure the machines are fed with the right materials. It gets quite dusty because of the location near the main crossing, so we are always sweeping the floor. We are just a small team, and we all pitch in with everything, from operating the machines to loading the finished packs onto the transport. There isn’t any corporate structure here; we just work together to get the orders finished. People often drop in because they see us while they are waiting at the chowrsta. We have a small tea stall nearby where we go during our breaks to get away from the noise for a bit. The Rangapur area is growing, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around the crossroads over the years, but our little operation stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way.
