Dharani Dairy Milk Farms

Being out in Pochampally at Sy No 508 is quiet compared to the city. We run Dharani Dairy Milk Farms and our day usually starts way before the sun even thinks about coming up. There’s always something to do with the animals or the equipment. Cows don’t take days off, so neither do we. It’s a lot of physical labor, cleaning out the stalls, making sure the feed is right, and handling the milk every morning and evening. The air is a bit different out here in Pochampally. You get used to the smell of the farm and the sound of the machines. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just keeping the farm going like people have for a long time. Some days are harder than others, like when the weather gets too hot or a piece of machinery breaks down right when you need it most. But we just fix it and keep moving. Our spot at Sy No 508 is home to us and we take care of it as best we can. We aren't into those big corporate farm ideas. We just focus on our own patch of land and the animals we have. People know us in the area as the folks who are always busy with the dairy work. It’s a simple life, but it’s a lot of work that never really ends. We just do what needs doing every single day to keep things running.
