We are located in Azad Nagar, Kodad, which is in the Nalgonda district. Our place is right beside the Montessori Public School. It's actually the premises of D. Venkatesham's son. Being next to a school means it gets pretty loud during the mornings and when the kids go home, but we don't mind the noise much. It makes the area feel alive. Pearl Mineral Private Limited has been based here for quite some time. The office is straightforward and simple. We don't have a lot of modern gadgets or fancy interiors. Just the basics to keep the operations running. Kodad is a busy little town and being near the school makes it easy for people to find us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just going through the ledgers. It’s a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break until it comes back. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just show up every day, do the work that needs doing, and that’s about it. The building is familiar to everyone in this part of Azad Nagar. It’s a practical location for us and it serves our needs just fine. We just take each day as it comes and keep the business going without any fuss.
