Padma Nagar, Arjalabai Village. Quiet place compared to the city. We have the open plot here at number 5. It’s basically just us and the machines most days. We do industrial work, which means a lot of lifting and moving stuff around Survey No 1462. The weather out here is quite open, so when it rains, we have to move fast to cover everything up. We don’t have a flashy front desk or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back with the equipment. We take on orders from nearby and sometimes from further away. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we do. The village life is slower, which is nice, but when an order comes in, we have to pick up the pace. We handle the materials ourselves and make sure the sizes are what the person asked for. It’s a lot of manual work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We’ve been at this for a while now, so we know the routine well. The local guys here work hard and we all just try to get through the pile of work on the floor. It’s not a complicated business model, just making things that people need for their own projects. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and keep the machines running as long as needed. It's hard work but honest.
