We operate out of house number 2-32 in Chandampally village, near Nakrekal. Our business is all about heavy machinery and moving earth for different projects around the district. We have the big yellow machines parked out in the yard when they aren't on a job site. It’s a lot of grease, oil, and heavy metal. Maintenance takes up a huge chunk of our time because these machines take a beating on the rocky ground around Nalgonda. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of the time, the "office" is just a room in the house where we keep the logbooks and keys. My clothes are almost always stained with some kind of hydraulic fluid or dirt. We take the equipment out to wherever the digging needs to happen. Sometimes it's for a new house foundation and other times it's for clearing land. The weather affects us a lot; if it's too muddy, the machines just sink. We've been doing this for a good few years now. It’s noisy and physical work, and you have to be careful moving these things on the narrow roads. We aren't a big corporate rental firm. It’s just us and our machines trying to get the work done right. People know where to find us in Chandampally if they have a big hole that needs digging or some land to level for a new project.
