Karthikeya Cotton Industries

We’ve been here in Munugode Village for a while now. You can find us right on the Main Road at 2/91/1. It’s mostly just us working with cotton all day. The machinery gets a bit loud sometimes, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We handle the raw stuff and process it for whoever needs it. It’s a lot of dust and heavy lifting, honestly. Most of the people working here are from around the area, so we all know each other. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a big space for the cotton and some old desks for the paperwork. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when it rains and we have to move everything fast so it doesn't get ruined. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It is simple work but it keeps the lights on. If you are passing through the village, you will see the big sign out front. We start early in the morning and stay until the sun starts to go down. People stop by to chat or check on their orders. We don't spend money on big ads because everyone knows where we are. It is just a regular local business trying to get the cotton out on time. Not much else to say about it, really. Just a bunch of us working hard every day. We hope to stay here for a long time yet.
