Mnr Convention

Our place, Mnr Convention, is right there in Cherlapally, just across from Balaji Homes. If you are driving through Nalgonda, you can’t really miss the spot. It is a big hall where people come for all sorts of things, mostly weddings or family parties. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place clean and making sure the lights work before someone shows up for their event. The address is Sy No. 468/Lu. It isn't a fancy office building, just a solid space for the community. Usually, the mornings are quiet while we get things ready. Then, by evening, it gets loud with music and a lot of people walking around. Sometimes the parking gets a bit crowded because so many folks show up at once. We’ve been here for a while now. The weather in Nalgonda can get pretty hot, so the fans are always running. We don’t really do much advertising. People mostly know us because they’ve been here for a cousin’s marriage or a local meeting. It is just a regular business run by people who live nearby. We open the gates early and stay until the last guest leaves, which is often quite late. There is always something to fix or a floor to sweep after a big crowd leaves. It is honest work and we just keep at it day after day. We try to keep the chairs organized and the stage ready for the next group.
