Mede Padma

I am Mede Padma and I run things from my home at house number 41 in Gundepuri village. This is a small place in the Thirumalagiri mandal of Telangana. It is not a big commercial shop like you see in the cities. I started this because I wanted something to do right here where I live. Most of the people who come to me are my neighbors or people from the surrounding fields. The village is quite peaceful and everyone knows where my house is located. I don't have a big staff or a fleet of vehicles. It is just me taking care of the daily tasks and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few hours, so I just sit on the porch and wait for it to come back. Living and working in Gundepuri means you know everyone’s name and their families. I don't use any fancy computers to keep track of things. I just use a simple notebook and a pen. It gets very quiet in the afternoons when the sun is high, and then it picks up again in the evening. This business is just a part of my daily life in the village. I handle everything myself, from the cleaning to the paperwork. It isn't a very complicated setup, but it works for the people around here who need what I provide. I've been in this house for a long time.
