Maloth Lakshmi.

I am Maloth Lakshmi and I live and work in the Gogulagutta Tanda. This is a small area belonging to Pallepahad village in the Thurkapally mandal of Telangana. I started this business because I wanted to stay in my own community and do something useful. It is a very local setup. I don't have a big staff or a polished storefront. Most of the people in the Tanda know me and come to me directly. My work involves a lot of daily tasks that are important for the people living around here. It can be hard work, and the days are often long, especially when the weather is not cooperating. The landscape around Thurkapally is full of fields and small hills, which is nice but can make travel a bit slow. I don't use any fancy marketing tricks. I just do the work that needs to be done. My family helps out quite a bit, and we manage things as a team. The shop area is often a bit cluttered with materials, but I know where everything is. We aren't looking to become a huge corporation. We just want to provide for our family and help our neighbors with what they need. It’s a simple, honest life in the village. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always the same, just keeping the business going and making sure our customers are okay.
