Linga Reddy Poultry Farm & Feeds

You can find our farm at Survey Numbers 418, 419, and 420. We are located on Mallareddypally Road in Chinthapally. It’s a big patch of land out in the district. Running a poultry farm means our day starts way before the sun is up. The birds need feeding and the sheds need to be checked constantly. We also handle the feed ourselves, so there is always the smell of grain and the sound of the grinders. It’s a dusty job and your clothes never stay clean for long. Chinthapally is a quiet place, which is good for the birds. We have a few sheds spread out across the property. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different sections. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning. Our office is just a small room near the main gate. We keep the records in big binders. The road out here can get muddy when it rains, making it hard for the delivery trucks. But we’ve lived here a long time and we are used to the rhythm of the farm. It’s hard work, seven days a week, but it’s what we know. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just raise birds and make feed. The dogs on the property help keep a lookout at night. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
