Our place is at 8-85, right near Sai Bharathi Jr College. We are in Chityala, which is in the Nalgonda district of Andhra Pradesh, pincode 508114. Being near the college means there are always students and people moving around the area. It keeps things feeling a bit lively. We operate as Larsen & Toubro Limited from this specific spot in India. It’s not a huge corporate headquarters; it’s more like a local hub. The building is simple and we don’t have any flashy signs or expensive décor. It’s just desks, some chairs, and us working. The weather here can be quite something, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend time writing mission statements or anything like that. We just have our daily schedule and we stick to it. Most of the people working here are from around this area or the neighboring towns. We have a very casual way of doing things, though we make sure the work is finished. It’s a very local vibe. You wouldn’t think it’s part of a huge company if you just walked in off the street. We like it that way. It’s practical and it works for what we need to do in Nalgonda. Just a regular office doing regular work. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay productive until it’s time to go home.
