Kavitha Industries

Kavitha Industries is located out in Cherlapally village. It is situated within the local mandal and district area of T. S. Being out here in the village means we have a bit more space to move around compared to the cramped shops in the middle of the city. We are mostly focused on the manufacturing side of things here. The shop floor is usually quite busy with people moving raw materials around and the machines humming along in the background. It is definitely not a quiet place to be, but it is just the sound of honest work being done. We have a small partitioned office area where we handle the daily paperwork and take phone calls from customers, but most of the real action happens out on the factory floor. The weather out here can get quite hot during the summer months, but we just keep the big industrial fans going and keep moving. We have been part of the Cherlapally community for a long time now. A lot of our workers actually come from the nearby villages and walk or cycle here to get to the shift on time. We do not have any fancy mission statements or thick corporate manuals to follow. We just know exactly what needs to be produced and we go about doing it. Sometimes the trucks scheduled for pickup are late, and we end up sitting around the main gate just talking. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment for us.
