Our Unit-II for Karni Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is situated out on Madgoompally Village Road. It’s located within Survey No 410 and 411 in Bibinagar. Being out here in Nalgonda district is different from the city. It’s a bit more open, and we have the space we need for the machinery. The road can be a bit bumpy sometimes, especially when the big trucks are moving in and out with supplies. We spend our days managing the machines and making sure the packaging comes out okay. It’s loud in the facility, so we have to talk a bit louder to hear each other. It’s physical work and can get pretty dusty by the end of the shift. We have a routine that we follow every morning to get everything started up. The village area is quiet compared to the noise inside the plant. We employ people from the local area mostly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. We handle various types of packaging materials depending on what’s needed by the folks we work with. The weather affects us out here more than it would in an office. Hot summers mean we have to take more breaks and drink more water. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve been operating here for a while, just part of the local landscape now. We take pride in just getting the work done.
