Icl Vishnupuram Works

We are located at F-78 in the Vishnupuram Colony, part of the India Cement Ltd setup in Wadapalli. Nalagonda is the district. C. Ajit Kumar is around here too. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here but once you’re in the colony it’s pretty settled. The houses and offices are all mixed together. We spend our time here dealing with the day-to-day stuff that comes with being at a worksite. It’s dusty sometimes because of the work nearby but that’s just how it is in this industry. We have our desks set up and we keep a close eye on the logs and the schedules. The colony has a specific feel to it, very industrial but also like a small village because everyone knows everyone else. Wadapalli isn't a huge place so word travels fast. We stay busy with the paperwork and the maintenance checks. It’s a lot of practical work, not much time for sitting around. The heat in Telangana can be something else, especially in the afternoons. We have a routine that we follow to make sure everything gets done by the end of the shift. Most of us live nearby or in the colony itself, so the commute isn't bad. It’s just an honest day’s work at the India Cement location. We’ve been here at F-78 for a while now. It's a bit isolated but we have a good crew.
