Sri Sai Balaji Constructions

Our office is located at 20/441/2 in Hanuman Nagar. It is a pretty quiet residential area compared to the city center. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while. Being in construction means we are often out at sites, so the office is mostly a place where we keep our blueprints and handle the billing. It’s not a fancy architectural studio. It’s just a room with some chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of files. We have been involved in various small projects around this neighborhood and the nearby blocks. Usually, you’ll find someone here in the afternoons, but in the mornings, we are mostly out checking on the masonry or the supplies. Hanuman Nagar is a good place to be based. We know the local suppliers and the guys who haul the sand and bricks. We don’t use big words or have a complicated mission statement. We just build things. Some days are stressful when the rain stops the work, but we just wait it out. It’s hard work and it’s often messy, but it’s what we know how to do. The neighbors know us as the construction folks. We keep things simple and try to do an honest job without a lot of fuss. It’s just a small local team working hard to finish one house or wall at a time. We’ve been here through many seasons now and it stays the same.
