F3 Farmers Producer Company Limited is located right on Panagal Road in Nalgonda. You can find us at Amulya Colony, house number 7-1-155-D. We are a group of farmers who decided it was better to work together than to try and do everything alone. Nalgonda is a tough place to farm sometimes because of the weather, but being in a company like this helps us share the load. We aren't professionals in suits or anything; we are just guys who spend most of our time in the dirt or at the market. Our office in the colony is where we meet up to discuss prices and who is growing what this season. It’s a simple room with some chairs and a lot of files. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just write down what we need to do and then we go out and do it. It’s hard work and some years are better than others. Being on Panagal Road means it is easy for the other farmers to stop by when they are coming into town. We keep it pretty basic here because that is what works for us. We just want to make sure our families are taken care of and that the crops actually sell for a fair price at the end of the day.
