Donuru Buchi Reddy

I am Donuru Buchi Reddy, the son of Donuru Sarvareddy. Our place is H. No. 3-65 in Chimiriyala, Narayanapur. This isn't a big city business with glass windows and air conditioning. It is a local operation right from our home base. We do things the traditional way here. Whether it is agricultural work or small trade, we just focus on the task at hand. Chimiriyala is a small place where everyone knows everyone else. My father taught me how to handle the work and the accounts. We don't have a big staff, it is mostly just family and a couple of helpers when things get busy. The days start very early, usually before the sun is fully up. We spend a lot of time outdoors or in the storage area. It is a practical life. We don't use much technology besides a basic phone to talk to people. If someone needs something, they usually just come by the house or send a message. We have been in this house for many years and the business has grown slowly over that time. It is not about making a huge profit every single day, but about being consistent. People in Narayanapur trust us because we have been here forever. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is a quiet and honest way to live. We value that more than anything else.
