Dharavath Baju

I’m Dharavath Baju and I operate out of my place in Sadu Thanda village. The address is H.No.4-29, and we are under the Hemla Thanda post in Mella Cheruvu mandal. It’s a local business through and through. I’ve lived in this area for my whole life, and starting this was a way to stay involved with the community here. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything, just a room where I keep my records and a space for the work I do. Being in a place like Sadu Thanda means you have to be ready for anything, especially with the weather and the rural roads. I spend most of my time talking to people in the village and making sure I’m helping where I can. It’s not a complicated setup. I don’t like using big words or making empty promises, I just do the work that needs to be done. Most people who come to me are neighbors or people from the nearby mandals. We usually have a tea and talk about what needs to be sorted out before we start the work. It’s a very personal way of doing things, and I think people appreciate that they can talk to the owner directly. It keeps the business grounded and honest.
