Deeravath Kaveri.

I am Deeravath Kaveri and I live in Tikya Thanda. It’s a small place in Chintapally village, which is part of Sanjay Nagar in the Miryalaguda area of Nalgonda. My home and where I handle my business is at H. No. 5-58. Being out here means you have to be ready for anything. It’s not like living in Hyderabad where everything is right around the corner. We have to plan things out. The landscape here is mostly fields and small houses. During the day, it gets very quiet except for the birds and the occasional tractor going by. I spend a lot of my time managing the day-to-day work from my house. It involves a lot of talking to people in the community and making sure things are moving along. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a local market or something happening in Miryalaguda. We don't have a big polished office with glass walls. We just have a porch and a room where we keep our stuff. The weather in Nalgonda is usually quite hot, so we do most of our hard work in the early morning or late evening. It’s a simple way of living and working. I don't see the need for big marketing or fancy talk. If you do the work right, people in the thanda and the surrounding villages will know about it. That’s how we’ve always done things.
