Dairy Farm Industry

Dairy Farm Industry is located out at H. No 5-143 in Sc Colony, Anantharam. This is part of the Penpahad area in Telangana. It’s a very different environment compared to the shops in the city. Our day starts extremely early, usually before the sun is even up. There is always work to do with the animals and making sure everything is clean. It’s a lot of physical labor, like moving feed and checking on the health of the cows. The address is simple, just a house number in the colony, but that’s where the heart of the operation is. We deal with the daily production of milk and getting it ready for transport. The weather out here affects everything we do. When it’s the rainy season, the paths get muddy and everything takes twice as long. During the summer, we have to make sure the animals stay cool and hydrated. It’s not a fancy office job. Our hands are usually dirty and we’re always on our feet. We live and work in the same community, so everyone knows what we’re doing. We aren't some big corporation; we’re just local people managing a farm. It can be tiring, but it’s a way of life that we’ve been doing for years now. We focus on the basics like good feed and clean water because that’s what makes the difference. There’s no day off when you have livestock to care for, so someone is always around the yard.
