We are based out in Nalgonda, specifically in Ramalingala Gudem within Thipparthy Mandalam. Our address is House Number 3-16. It’s a bit of a ways out from the big city, but we like it that way. Chandrakala Waterproofing is a family-type business. We deal with leaks and damp walls, which are common problems around here, especially after the rainy season. It’s messy work. We use a lot of chemicals and coatings to keep the water out of people's homes. The office isn't much to speak of, just a place to store our tools and take calls. We spend most of our time out at work sites rather than sitting behind a desk. Thipparthy is a quiet area, and we know most of our neighbors. We aren't a big, polished company with a fleet of trucks. Usually, it’s just a couple of us heading out to fix a roof or a basement. We’ve learned a lot over the years about what works and what doesn't when it comes to keeping a building dry. People call us when they have a problem, and we try to get there as soon as we can. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don't have fancy brochures. We just show up, do the job, and hope the rain stays outside where it belongs. When the weather gets hot, we usually take a break under the big tree near the house before heading to the next job.
