B.K.R. Travels

B.K.R. Travels is based out of our family home at H.No : 1-141 in the Balu Thanda area. We are in Sirikonda Village, which falls under the Mothey Mandal. It’s a rural area, so having a reliable way to travel back and forth is pretty important for everyone living around here. We don't have a fleet of fifty buses or a fancy office in the city. It’s just a small family-run business with a few vehicles that we take care of ourselves. Most of our work comes from people in the village needing to get to the city or families booking a car for a special trip or a wedding. We know these local roads like the back of our hands, even the small tracks that aren't on any official map. The house is where we keep all the keys and the logbooks for the day. It’s a quiet life in the Thanda, except for when we are starting up the engines for a trip early in the morning. We don’t use any fancy talk or make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people when we can be there and then we show up on time. It’s about being reliable for the people we live next to. Sometimes the vehicles need a lot of maintenance because of the dusty and bumpy tracks, but we handle all that work ourselves. It’s a very straightforward business for us. We provide the rides and we stay local. That’s pretty much it.
