Vijayalakshmi Spintex Ltd. is based out here in Konda Madugu Village. We have been working at Sy No 4 To 38 for quite a while now. The place is in Bibinagar Mandal. It’s mostly just us doing our daily work with the machinery. People know us around here because we have been in the village for years. Sometimes it gets busy, other times it is quiet. The site is pretty big, covering those survey numbers from 4 all the way to 38. We mostly focus on the spinning side of things. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping the machines running. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just the factory floor and the gates. You find us easily if you are coming through Bibinagar. The weather gets hot in the summer but we keep going. There are a lot of local folks working here. We mostly stay to ourselves and get the jobs done as they come in. It is not a complicated setup. Just a standard spinning plant in a rural area. We see the same faces every morning. The road to the village is okay, but can be dusty. If you ever find yourself near Konda Madugu, that is where you will see our sign. We just keep our heads down and work. It is what it is, and we stay busy most days of the week.
