Down here in IDA Bhongir, life moves at its own pace. Our shop is at Plot No 41, and we’ve been here long enough that the walls are starting to show their age. We don’t mind it though. It’s a place where work actually happens, not just a place for show. We deal with the usual industrial stuff—heat, noise, and plenty of dust. The road outside can get pretty rough when it rains, making it hard for trucks to get in and out, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the equipment running. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their job. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a lobby. Most people just walk right into the work area if they need to talk to us. We’ve had some good years and some slow ones, but we keep the doors open regardless. Bhongir is a bit away from the main city, which we actually like. It’s quieter in some ways, but the work is still steady. We spend a lot of time maintaining the machines because if they stop, everything stops. There’s always someone cleaning a part or checking a gauge. We aren't looking to change much. We just want to keep doing what we do at Plot 41. It’s a straightforward business and that is exactly how we like to keep it. We just focus on getting through the workload and making sure everything is done right.
