Active Physiocare

Active Physiocare is located right across from Sarojini Hospital. If you know the Lilavathi Hospital line in Prakasham Bazar, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We are a small clinic focused on getting people moving again. The space isn’t very large, but we have enough room for the tables and the basic exercise gear. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside in Prakasham Bazar, but we’re used to it by now. We see all sorts of people, from old folks with bad backs to kids who fell playing cricket. There is no big reception desk here, just a small counter where we keep the folders. Most of the day is spent on our feet, working with patients. It’s physical work and by the evening, we are usually pretty tired. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans. We just look at the problem and try to help fix it. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but they keep the air moving. People usually come in by word of mouth because their neighbor told them about us. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals know us. We try to keep the appointments running on time, but sometimes a session goes longer than expected. That’s just how it is with physiotherapy. We do our best with what we have here. We usually close up once the last patient leaves their session.
