We are over here at N.T Road in Nalbari, right at Ward number 5. If you know Santosh Bharatia’s place, that is where you will find us. MKD Estates Private Limited has been around for a bit now, just handling the regular estate stuff people need in this part of town. Nalbari is a small place really, so everyone kind of knows the landmarks. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we sit down and talk about land or buildings. Sometimes the traffic on NT Road gets a bit loud in the afternoons, but that is just how it is. We are mostly busy with local paperwork and checking out sites. It is not always easy work, especially when the weather gets hot, but we keep at it. People come by to ask questions about property, and we try to give them straight answers without any of those big words you see in brochures. We don't do much advertising because most folks just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It is a simple setup we have here. If you are walking past Ward 5, you might see us. We are just local people doing a local job. There is nothing too complicated about how we run things. Just come in, have a seat, and we can talk about whatever property matter is on your mind today. We are usually around during the normal hours.
