Our business is located in Ward No.3 in Bidoli, at Ramkumar’s place. He’s the son of Bhagwana Ram Gitala. It’s a small operation where we make various food products that are supposed to be a bit better for you. We don't have a massive laboratory or anything like that. It’s mostly just a clean workspace where we mix things and package them up. Bidoli is a pretty small area, so everyone knows where we are. We just use simple ingredients and try not to overcomplicate things. The work is steady but not really exciting. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and our afternoons packing boxes. We don't have a retail shop, so we don't see many strangers. It’s mostly just the same few faces every day. We try to keep the place tidy because we are dealing with food, after all. There isn't any big marketing budget or flashy logos here. We just put the labels on and get the stuff shipped out. Sometimes the heat in Bidoli makes it hard to work in the afternoons, so we start early in the morning to beat it. It’s just a regular local business trying to make something useful. We don't have any grand statements to make, we just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. We've been at this for a while and it's okay for us. It’s just a normal way to earn a living here in Bidoli.
