Adarsha Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based in the village of Satibheti, in the Loonmati area near Raja Mayang. Our office is at Pradip Saikia’s house. It is a very rural spot, which works well for an organic farmer producer company. We have a lot of local farmers who are part of our group. We don't have a big office with glass windows or air conditioning. It is just a traditional village house where we gather to talk about our crops and the business. The air out here is fresh and there are fields all around us. We focus on organic farming because it seems better for the land we live on. My brother helps with moving the goods, and some of the neighbors help with sorting everything out. It is a real community effort. We don't have a big budget for advertising or fancy posters. We just rely on the fact that we grow things the right way. Sometimes the weather is bad and we lose part of the harvest, but that is just part of being a farmer. Raja Mayang is a place people talk about, but for us, it is just where we live and work. We spend our evenings sitting outside, talking about what we should do next. It is a slow pace of life, and we are fine with that. We just want to do right by our farmers and make sure everyone gets a fair price for their hard work.
