Our business is run out of the Matruchaya Building in Nalasopara West. We are located on Nagarpalika Road, which can get quite crowded with people and scooters during the peak hours. We deal with lubrication equipment, so our space is filled with pumps, containers, and various bits of hardware that help keep industrial machinery running smoothly. It is a practical business. We spend a lot of time packing up orders and checking the inventory to see what needs to be restocked. The office part of our setup is just a few desks where we handle the bills and talk to customers over the phone. We don’t have any big marketing team or a polished image. We are just a local crew making sure that our clients get the gear they need for their factories or workshops. Sometimes the deliveries are delayed because of the local traffic, which is frustrating, but we do our best to stay on schedule. The building itself is an older one, and we have been here for a while now. We know the other shop owners on the street and occasionally grab a tea with them. It is a straightforward way to earn a living, focusing on the hardware and the needs of the people who use it. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get the job done right and keep the equipment moving out.
