White Marble

If you are looking for White Marble, we are over in the Khandakpar area of Mohadipur. We are located in Asthawan, right near the Krishna Hotel and not far from the Khandakpar Station. Being near the station makes it easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from around here. We deal with natural white stone all day long. The yard is bright when the sun hits the marble, which can be a bit blinding sometimes. We spend a lot of time cleaning the slabs so people can see the patterns clearly. It is mostly just a few of us working here, moving stones and talking to people who drop by. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a local yard where we try to keep a good variety of pieces in stock. Sometimes we have to wait a while for a new delivery to arrive, which can be frustrating, but we make do with what we have. People usually come to us because they want something specific for a floor or a counter. We just show them what is on the racks and let the stone speak for itself. It is a quiet life for the most part, except for when the trucks are being loaded or unloaded. We like being part of the community in Mohadipur. It’s hard work moving these slabs, but we are used to it by now. We usually open up pretty early to beat the heat.
